Facebook and Instagram as standard — where Australian small-business customers actually look — plus Google Business Profile posts, which most businesses ignore and shouldn't. LinkedIn and others can be added if your customers live there.

Straight answer: organic posting is presence, not a lead machine — its job is making sure that when someone checks you out, you look alive and credible. If you want social to actively generate leads, that's paid social advertising, which we can layer on top. We'd rather set that expectation now than show you a vanity-likes report later.

Your call. Some clients approve the full month in one ten-minute sitting; most look at the first month or two, build trust, and then let it run. Nothing controversial ever goes out either way — we're posting your work and your wins, not hot takes.

About an hour up front, then almost nothing — though photos of your actual jobs, team and vans are gold, so a habit of texting us pics makes your feed noticeably better. No photos? We work with well-chosen stock and branded graphics.
